Shipping policy

Natuary offers free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders over $69. Orders under $69 ship for a flat rate of $12 to the continental United States and $15 to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam).

At this time, we only ship within the United States and its Territories. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Once your order leaves our facility, Natuary is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving any shipping issues in accordance with this policy.
