  • What is Natuary?

Natuary is a science-forward, ingredient-transparent cleaning system designed to transform the way you care for your home. We use modern, biobased chemistry with concentrated formulas that deliver serious results without harsh ingredients.

Each product is designed to target different needs from everyday cleaning to deep laundry care.

    Here’s how each product works:

    • Natuary’s Household Cleaning Concentrate is a biobased solution that contains sugar-based surfactants and probiotics to effectively take on any mess in your space. Simply dilute the all-in-one concentrated formula with water, according to the instructions, to meet your specific cleaning needs.
    • Natuary’s Laundry Detergent Concentrate harnesses the power of amino-acid surfactants and biobased enzymes to break down grease, blood, food stains, and even urine, while castor oil-derived zinc ricinoleate naturally absorbs stubborn odors.
    • Natuary’s Laundry Stain Remover gets its performance power from enzymes. Plant-powered surfactants propel our concentrated blend of biobased enzymes to target stubborn stains:

      • Lipase tackles grease stains
      • Amylase tackles food stains
      • Protease tackles blood stains
      • Cellulase tackles grass stains
      • Urease tackles urine stains
    • Natuary’s Oxyboost brightens clothes and tackles tough stains around the house with three potent ingredients derived from nature. Baking soda and citric salts lift dirt and grime, while sodium percarbonate breaks down stains, eliminates odor, and rekindles color. Pair with a Natuary concentrate or sprinkle and scrub anywhere you need a boost.
  • What can I clean with Natuary?

Natuary products are designed to clean virtually every part of your home- from kitchen counters to bathroom sinks, laundry, floors, windows, and more.

  • How do I use Natuary’s Household Cleaning Concentrate?
    1. Fill your Natuary glass spray bottle to the Water line.
    2. Shake concentrate gently, then pour:
Everyday Clean Bottle: Fill to the Soap line
Deep Clean Bottle: Fill to the Soap line
Floors + Windows Bottle: Add just 1-2 drops to 14-16 oz water
    3. Top off with water, swirl gently, and spray. Let sit on tougher messes before wiping.
  • Can I use my own spray bottle with Natuary's Household Cleaning Concentrate?

    Yes! The dilution ratios are:

    • Everyday Clean: 1 part concentrate to 13 parts water
    • Deep Clean: 1 part concentrate to 9 parts water
  • How do I use Natuary's Laundry Detergent Concentrate?

Always follow garment care label instructions for best results.

    1. Pour concentrate into the beaker, choose your fill line according to load-type:
Standard Loads (HE): Add 8 ml (1st line on beaker)
Extra Soiled or Non-HE: Add 16 ml (2nd line)
    2. Pour into the detergent drawer or drum. Toss the beaker in the wash to clean it along with your laundry.
    3. We recommend starting with a scoopful of Natuary's OxyBoost in the drum of your washer before clothes are added to whiten whites and brighten colors

  • Does the Stain Remover work on tough stains?

Short answer: Yes, it works on most stains. For best results, rinse the fabric, spray Stain Remover, and scrub with our bamboo brush as soon as possible. Let it sit before washing with Natuary's Laundry Detergent Concentrate

Layer the Stain Remover with a light sprinkle of our OxyBoost to form a paste on tougher stains. Let sit before washing.

Heat can lock stains in, so check the area before putting in the dryer. Repeat if needed.

  • How do I use Natuary's OxyBoost?
    • Laundry: Add 1 scoop of powder directly to the washer drum before adding your laundry. For large or very dirty loads, add an additional scoop.
    • Laundry Stains: After rinsing fabric, pre-treat with Natuary Stain Remover and sprinkle a light layer of OxyBoost to form a paste. Let it rest then wash with Laundry Detergent Concentrate. Always check before drying.
    • Pots & Pans: Sprinkle ½ -1 scoop of powder onto burned food or residue. Add hot water to cover the area and let soak. Scrub gently, then rinse thoroughly.
    • Stubborn Messes: Sprinkle the powder on the target area. Spray Natuary's Household Cleaning Concentrate to make a paste. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Scrub with a brush and then rinse thoroughly.
  • Can I use Household Cleaning Concentrate as laundry detergent or dish detergent?

We don’t recommend it. While it would be great to have an all-in-one cleaner for every chore, laundry and dishes require specialized ingredients to meet the unique needs of fabrics and dish surfaces and to tackle different types of stains, oils, and residues.

We created our Laundry Detergent Concentrate with enzymes and fabric-safe ingredients that remove stains without leaving buildup or dulling colors.

Dishwashing, on the other hand, requires surfactants that not only cut through food grease but also rinse away completely so nothing remains on plates, glasses, or utensils.

Our Household Cleaning Concentrate was formulated differently on purpose. Instead of rinsing away like a dish soap, it’s built to leave behind probiotics that remain active on household surfaces, continuing to break down organic buildup even after you’re done wiping. That makes it more effective for surfaces, floors, and general home cleaning, but not intended for dishes or utensils.

Dishwashing products are next in line for development!

  • Can I use Natuary's Laundry Detergent to remove buildup from other detergents on clothes or bedding?

Yes! Natuary's plant and mineral-based surfactants are exceptionally effective at cleaning and free-rinsing, which means they don’t leave behind the residue common in many conventional detergents. In fact, the first time you wash laundry with Natuary, the formula may work to remove leftover buildup from previous products - sometimes even cleaning your washer in the process!

For heavily coated fabrics (like those washed repeatedly with conventional detergents or softeners), we recommend washing twice or doing a warm soak with Natuary's Laundry Detergent Concentrate to help lift away deeper residue. Once the buildup is cleared, you’ll notice fresher-feeling fabrics and more consistent results with regular use.

  • What does Natuary smell like? Is it a fragrance-free cleaning product?

Our current product line is unscented, with no added fragrance. The natural scent is subtle and neutral.

If you’d like a scented clean, you can add a few drops of essential oil directly to your spray bottle. Since oil and water don’t fully mix, the essential oil won’t dissolve into the formula. It won’t affect performance, but it will release a gentle aroma as you clean.

  • Do I need to use filtered water when mixing the Household Cleaning Concentrate?

Tap water works fine for most homes. If you plan to store the mix for an extended period, or if your tap water is especially hard, consider using filtered or distilled water to maintain optimal freshness and performance.

  • Are Natuary products antibacterial? Do they disinfect or sanitize?

Not on their own. Natuary’s Household Cleaning Concentrate and Laundry Detergent Concentrate are not designed as sanitizers or disinfectants. To make those claims, ingredients must be registered and approved by the EPA, and they typically rely on stronger chemicals we don’t believe belong in everyday cleaning.

Our OxyBoost is a natural oxygen-boosting powder made with sodium percarbonate. When mixed with water, it releases hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate, giving you extra cleansing power when you need it - without unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals.

  • How is Natuary different than other concentrated cleaners on the market?

Our Household Cleaning Concentrate is built with a complex-natural formula that combines sugar-based surfactants with probiotics to break down everyday messes effectively and safely.

We pair it with our custom-designed refillable Glass Spray Bottles designed to feel like a step up from typical cleaners - durable, minimal, and meant to stay on your counter, because they look so good! ;)

The addition of probiotics are unique: different strains activate when they encounter their specific match, like food residue or grease, and then keep breaking it down long after you've wiped the surface.

Additionally, we’ve found that while it sounds ideal for one product to do it all, different fabrics and messes really do require different approaches, which is why we have a separate laundry line up.

The Laundry Detergent is a 3x concentrated liquid formula and you don't need very much. Each bottle handles 73 standard loads. Liquid detergent is gentler on machines, kinder to fabrics, and ours is formulated to rinse completely, leaving fabrics clean without buildup on your clothes, which also means there's nothing left over that could irritate skin.

Our Laundry Stain Remover exists with a higher enzyme concentration, so you only use it with necessary messes instead of paying for a detergent overloaded with ingredients you don’t always need.

And for an extra boost, the OxyBoost powder handles odor, brightening, and stubborn buildup with just a few simple mineral-based ingredients.

  • ingredients & safety

  • Where do I find the safety data sheets?

Safety data sheets (SDS) for each product are available below:

  • What makes Natuary safer than traditional household cleaners?

Natuary uses plant and mineral-based ingredients, selected for both efficacy and environmental compatibility. We exclude known irritants, hormone disruptors, and harmful volatile compounds commonly found in conventional formulas. Every ingredient has a clear function and is chosen with intention. No added fragrance, no harsh preservatives, no questionable fillers - just clean formulas designed for everyday use on the surfaces you touch most.

  • Does phenoxyethanol contain 1,4-dioxane?

Not in any meaningful or detectable amount. While phenoxyethanol is made using ethylene oxide, a process that raises concerns about trace 1,4-dioxane in some ingredients, phenoxyethanol itself is a single, well-characterized compound. The pharmaceutical-grade phenoxyethanol we use is over 99.5% pure and thoroughly refined.

As disclosed in the official Safety Data Sheet (SDS), this ingredient contains no substances listed under California Prop 65, which would require notification if even trace amounts of 1,4-dioxane were present. View the SDS here.

Phenoxyethanol is used only in our Laundry Detergent Concentrate and is completely rinsed out during use. We choose this gentle preservative to avoid harsher options- while prioritizing both safety and performance.

  • Are Natuary products paraben-free, phosphate-free, SLS-free, and phthalate-free?

Yes, Natuary’s products have been crafted without the use of petroleum solvents, triclosan, parabens, phthalates, phosphates, sulfates, ammonia, chlorine, bleach, dyes, harmful VOCs, SLS or SLES.
